Trailer and Car Parking Peter Trailers in MBC land, cars in cricket club and Hurst Meadows but NOT in estate      
Parking cones/arrows Ted/Eric Check what’s available before the day. Place in road by 7.15 LATEST      
Coxes Briefing Ted 12 noon.      
Registration desk Bob/Angela Check/collect crew payments, day fees, take/refer queries. Be ready 10.30.
